Coronavirus
We recognize that there is a lot of uncertainty about the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) threat. Our top priority is, as always, the health and safety of our guests, our team members, and their families. We are following recommendations from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local authorities in taking extra safety measures during this rapidly evolving health situation.
On top of our already high standards, we are:
Enhancing Cleaning Protocols. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic surfaces, such as dining rooms, the bar, handrails, door handles, phones, and bathrooms. We've made additional sanitizing products available and require all team members to wash their hands thoroughly and often.
Providing Team Member Support. The best way to protect the health of our guests is by doing the same for our employees! Any team member who does not feel well or experiences flu-like symptoms is asked to stay home and seek medical attention as needed.
Closely Monitoring the Situation. We are committed to being responsive to the needs of our guests as this situation evolves. We will continue to improve operations and follow guidance from the state and local government, CDC, and other public health organizations to keep everyone safe.
